Terms of Service

What Activated Creators is

We run a marketplace that connects creators with brands, venues and events. Brands post campaigns, creators apply, and the two sides agree work between themselves. We also host communities, list events and tickets, and let creators offer services.

We are the venue, not a party to your deals. When a brand approves your application, the agreement about what you deliver and what you receive is between you and them. We provide the introduction, the tools and the payment rails.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Give accurate information. Inflated follower counts and borrowed portfolio work are grounds for removal — brands rely on what you say.
• Your account is yours. Do not share credentials, and tell us if you think someone else has them.
• One account per person or business, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

What you post

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a licence to host and display it on the platform so it can do its job — showing your profile to brands, your post in a community, your work in a campaign submission. That licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies in routine backups.

Do not post anything that:

• Is not yours to post, or infringes someone else’s rights.
• Is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit.
• Misleads people about who you are or what you have done.
• Is spam, or exists mainly to move people off the platform.

Campaigns and deliverables

• Applying is not acceptance. A brand decides, and may decline without a reason.
• If you are approved, deliver what was agreed, on time, and disclose the commercial relationship wherever the law where you live requires it.
• Repeatedly failing to deliver, or not showing up to activations you committed to, affects your reliability score and can end your access.
• Brands must describe campaigns honestly, and pay what they promised.

Payments, fees and refunds

Payments run through Stripe, under Stripe’s own terms. We take a commission on campaigns and events; the rate that applies is shown before you commit, and we will not change it for something already agreed.

• Event tickets — refundable up to the point the organiser sets for that event. After that, it is at the organiser’s discretion. Cancelled events are refunded in full.
• Service bookings — refunds are between you and the provider, subject to what they published when you booked.
• Memberships — cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months.
• Chargebacks — disputing a charge instead of contacting us first may suspend your account while we sort it out. Talk to us; it is faster.

Memberships

Paid memberships unlock additional features and renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel yours from your membership page on the website. Prices can change, but not mid-period, and we will tell you before a change affects you.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from your profile — no email, no waiting on us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and where it is reasonable we will explain why first.

Obligations that should outlive the account do: payment for work already done, and the limits below.

What we do not promise

The platform is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that you will win campaigns, that a brand will be good to work with, or that the service will never be down. We are not responsible for what other users do, on or off the platform.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months, or USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Disputes

If something goes wrong between you and another user, try to resolve it directly first. We will help where we can — we hold the record of what was agreed — but we do not arbitrate, and we cannot compel anyone to pay.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes with us.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use the platform after that means you accept them.
